Welcome to the World of Elizabeth Bradley Needlework!

Begun in 1986 with the desire to provide needleworkers with quality heirloom designs, we continue to add new designs each year. Inspired by historical needlework, our kits are crafted to provide you with hours of stitching enjoyment and delight in your finished work.

Each Elizabeth Bradley needlepoint kit is carefully packed and contains the design printed on 10-mesh canvas, our own 100% wool thread, a full-sized coloured chart card, needle and instructions. A Victorian Cross Stitch is used for stitching both the design elements and the background area. Because of the nature of Victorian Cross Stitch, it is not necessary to use a frame when stitching.

We currently offer a range of designs in several sizes. In 2006, we introduced a new line of kits designed for younger stitchers. In celebration of our 20th anniversary, we released a limited edition kit of our glorious Giant Wreath. We continuously release new designs, so be sure to sign on our Newsletter to get all the latest information about our needlepoint kits.

About our Needlework Carpet Borders

Our needlework rug borders are available in two separate packages: 

• Four Corner and Starter Kit
• Two Side Sections

Before you start your rug border, you must first purchase the Four Corner and Starter Kit in the design of your choice.

The Four Corner and Starter Kit will have the canvas and thread materials for the four corner pieces for the rug, as well as the additional thread that you will need to join the pieces together. You should not start your rug without first purchasing this kit.

To expand your rug border, you will need the Two Side Sections kit in the design of your choice. This kit contains the canvas and thread for two side pieces of your rug. Depending upon the size and shape of your rug, you will need to purchase additional side sections to complete the border. Please reference the layouts image below for a more in-depth illustration:
