    BELOW ARE SOME ENQUIRIES THAT MIGHT BE HELPFUL TO YOU
    • What is included in my tapestry kit?

      A full size colour-coded chart card, our printed blue line canvas, Elizabeth Bradley wool, wool code card, two needles, and comprehensive instructions.

    • What is the hole count?

      Elizabeth Bradley canvases are all 10 holes to the inch.

    • What is the size?

      The size of our designs will vary depending on the series. The size of the particular series or design will be given in inches and shown on the related web page. The size given will be the design size and not the canvas size.

    • Is it possible the change the background colour?

      Yes! Almost all of our kits are available in a choice of background colours. Download and fill out our Background Wool Hank Exchange Form If you would prefer mail, simply send your current wool to Elizabeth Bradley Designs, 3811 Hillsborough Street, Raleigh, NC 27607. Please include a pre-paid self-addressed envelope with a note informing us of the new background colour choice.

    • Do I use a frame when stitching these designs?

      Although you can use a frame, this is not necessary due to the recommended stitch and strength of our canvas.

    • Are all of the designs printed?

      All of our kits include printed canvas, with the exception of the Ribbon & Bow and Harlequin border kits, and individual Animal Alphabet letters.

    • Can I get the design on a larger canvas?

      We offer many of our designs printed onto a larger canvas to be included with your kit. Prices will vary for bespoke canvases and will require your order to be placed by telephone to our Customer Service Team.

    • I want to stitch more background. How much wool do I need?

      If you wish to extend the background, the quantity required will vary depending on your design and the amount you wish to extend. For assistance on calculating this, please telephone our Customer Service Team who will be happy to assist you.

    • Can I buy just the chart?

      We cannot provide chart cards or copies of chart cards separately from our kits.

    • Can I buy a printed canvas on its own?

      We are not able to sell printed canvases separately from our kits.

    • Can I return my piece to you for finishing?

      We offer a range of finishing services including cushion making, carpet assembly and framing. Please contact our Customer Service Team for further information and pricing on these services.

    • I am making a carpet. How many side sections do I need?

      If you refer to the Rug Borders page you will find diagrams of different carpet combinations and the quantity of side panels required. For example, a 6 panel carpet will require 6 side sections, therefore you will need to begin with the Elizabeth Bradley Starter Kit & four Corners and then purchase 3 Elizabeth Bradley Side Section Kits. Elizabeth Bradley Side Section Kits all contain 2 side sections. If you are not entirely sure how many side section kits you require or need assistance regarding purchasing carpet side section kits, carpet joining or any other related topic then please contact our Customer Service Team who will be happy to assist you.

    • What shipping method do you use?

      Our tapestry kits are sent out using a courier service to ensure the items can be tracked and traced. Delivery times will vary depending on the country the order is being sent to.

    • Do you accept returns?

      Elizabeth Bradley Designs endeavour to ensure that you receive the highest standard and quality of products and services at all times, however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then please contact Customer Services in the first instance on 01865 339 050. We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Designs within 28 days of purchase. We require that the product is in an un-opened, re-saleable condition when returned. This does not affect your statutory rights. Postage costs are non refundable. Gift Cards and products purchased under special offers and promotions are non-refundable or returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    • Do you have a stockist in my area?

      All Elizabeth Bradley stockists are listed on our Stockist page.

    • Do you have a shop?

      Our Customer Service office is located in Parc Menai, Bangor. We do not have a shop but please contact us for assistance with any order.
